We had water damage at our condo. Our 91 year old grandma lives there and when we explained the situation to Jake, he was out there with in the hour to access the damage. When we contacted them about possible asbestos in our flooring which we wanted to replace. They came out the same day to take samples for testing. We were the fortunate ones who had no asbestos. So now we can replace the flooring with no worries.While taking samples for the asbestos mold was discovered in our house and in our crawl space. They came quickly to remediate the mold in our house. They worked quickly and were very professional. The quality of their work was outstanding. The house now smells better and the crawl space is now properly encapsulated and mold free.After completing the crawl space mold removal and mitigation they gave me pictures that showed the insulation that was recently installed by the prior owner already starting to hang down from the rafters. In order to keep the insulation in place they installed hangers on the under side of the rafters. This now gives me peace of mind that my insulation will stay in place.
